Translation to English

The HomeCtrl platform has been translated to English for (estimate) 85%. All buyer related pages and functionality has been translated but more needs to be done on the buyer guidance and project presentation pages. Lists to be translated have been send off to the translation office by Bernard to be returned end of 2019.

Aftercare

Allow the buyer, home owner and the onsite supervisor to add service calls and complaints to projects and plots. These calls fall into four categories: pre-delivery, delivery, aftercare and complaint.

Connectivity

These service calls will be exchanged with 4PS Construct were Service Locations are projected to plots and the calls are allocated to these service locations.  

Development

The webservices set BuyerManagementIntegration (BMI) has been extended with multiple webservices to read from 4PS and the corresponding codeunit has been extended extended with functionality to add service calls on existing service locations in 4PS. {list of services}

Development on HomeCtrl is done for 70% by end of October 2019. Further development can be outsourced to DA, Wouter Mevius.

CDN

Proxy

Extend the current content delivery network (CDN) to act as a proxy between HomeCtrl and 4PS to serve documents directly from the 4PS document store. Currently the document connector creates copies of documents on both ends, both HomeCtrl en 4PS.

Development Development can be outsourced to Smart/Kiev and HomeCtrl.

Progressive Web Apps

Create progressive web apps that run as native apps on mobile devices to extend the HomeCtrl platform.

Shelter App

This app supports the onsite supervisor during construction. It runs in the browser on both desktop, laptop and mobile devices.

Buyer App

This app runs on the mobile phone and supports the buyer with the same functionality as the current buyer portal. It’s functionalities will be supported both on- and offline.

Development Development can be outsourced to Smart/Kiev. These apps will be developed using Visual Studio 2019 in .Core 3.0 as Blazor apps.

Connectivity

The current HomeCtrl platform will be extended with the following connectors to external platforms. ValidSign The connector for ValidSign has been developed and needs proper testing and pricing so it can be added to the pricelist early 2020.

Aftercare

A first version of the connector between HomeCtrl and 4PS has been developed but needs to be properly tested and added to the pricelist late 2019.

EdControls

On clients request a connector should be developed between HomeCtrl and EdControls. We should keep functionality as simple as possible to allow 4PS Control to take it’s place in the (near) future.

JPDS

To enter the market of non 4PS customers and the bridge this gap to Volgjewoning and HomeDNA we should connect to JPDS, a buyer guidance (constructors) software suite for smaller companies.

Hartje Wonen

An external lead generation platform and project presentation platform build by Recognize, a VolkerWessels company. This platform should be connected to the HomeCtrl platform to offer an alternative for Nieuwbouw Office (NBO).

First steps have been done by MB and Recognize.
